Raymond Tan, Director (Global Operations)

Raymond brings to Contact Singapore over ten years of expertise in manpower planning & policy and workforce development strategy. He currently leads the Global Operations team (comprising Area Directors and Regional Directors in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America) to effectively execute talent attraction and engagement initiatives in the markets. He is based in Frankfurt. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours in Economics), and received a Master of Public Administration (Merit) from the Australian National University.

Marcus Antonio Dass, Regional Director, Americas & Europe

Based in London, Marcus leads the Global Operations team in charge of Australia, North America and Western Europe in executing strategies and initiatives to attract professionals to work in key growth and emerging sectors in Singapore. Prior to joining Contact Singapore, Marcus spent several years in the private and public sectors with organisations such as Singapore Airlines and the Singapore Tourism Board focusing in the area of manpower planning and development.

Marcus graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science in Business Mathematics and Statistics and received a Master in Hospitality Management from the Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management.
