Recruiting Top Talent

Contact Singapore organises several programmes that reach out to professionals and students.

Partnering us gives you access to these target groups, opening up a pool of ready top talent for possible employment.

Careers@Singapore and Careers@Home

Careers@Singapore is an event that links up Singapore-based employers with working professionals and graduating students from the Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. Through participation in industry-specific events, employers can meet with talent while participants learn more about working and living in Singapore. Careers@Home is a similar event but dedicated to Singaporeans living overseas.

As one of Contact Singapore’s partner companies, you will be able to showcase your career opportunities through our Careers@Singapore and Careers@Home events. You will capitalise on Contact Singapore’s global reach and resources to reach out to talent directly, especially if you would like to recruit from a market that you may be unfamiliar with.

Insights@Singapore and Insights@Home

Insights@Singapore is a programme where Singapore leaders and experts share their knowledge and expertise at specially organised information sessions. These events allow employers to touch base and network with talent interested in working and living in Singapore on an interactive and engaging platform. Insights@Home is a similar event but catered to overseas Singaporeans.

As an employer sharing industry updates to global talent through this platform, you will be able to reach out to talent directly and, through an interactive question and answer platform, ascertain their interest and suitability for your company.

Experience@Singapore and Experience@Home

The Experience@Singapore programme is uniquely designed for exceptional undergraduates and graduate students from top universities. It aims to give them an introduction to Singapore through networking opportunities with industry leaders, visits to infrastructural projects key to the development of Singapore’s industries, as well as aspects of living in Singapore.

Employers who are keen to explore career opportunities with these bright and driven young individuals can host these students during their four- or five-day immersion programme, and even offer internship positions at the end of the immersion programme.

Work Holiday Programme

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore has introduced the Work Holiday Programme (WHP) for university students and recent undergraduates looking for an exciting introduction to working life. Many view the WHP as a launchpad into the dynamic Asian market, not just for work but also to widen their travel and cultural experience. The WHP is eligible to all full-time students as well as recent graduates up to the age of 30.

Companies interested to recruit global talent under the Work Holiday Programme can email to singapore@contactsingapore.sg for more information.
