Work Passes

Singapore makes it easy for employers to attract foreign professionals to work at their companies.

The immigration processes are simple and straightforward. Mainly, you need to apply for passes for your foreign employees and their families. They can also enter Singapore for training or interviews.

The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and the Police are vigilant in enforcing penalties against immigration offenders, so employers also need to exercise extra care in ensuring that their employees meet all immigration requirements.

The type of pass and requirements needed depend on the employee’s reason for being here:
