Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website including, without limitation, the following:

Users shall not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate information about yourself, your organisation and/or your postings. Users shall not post any material or information that is not entirely your own or for which you do not have full rights to use.

Users agree to keep confidential any information about anyone that is received directly or indirectly through the use of the Website. Users must not use such information in any manner except for the purposes for which this Website has made such information available or for which this Website has been set up. The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the lapse of this agreement and/or the Users registration with Contact Singapore.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User IDs and passwords issued upon registration with Contact Singapore. Sharing of the User IDs and passwords are prohibited. Contact Singapore shall not be liable for any loss that any User may incur as a result of the unauthorised use of the User password or account, either with or without the User knowledge. Users agree to immediately notify Contact Singapore of any unauthorised use of the Users?registration or passwords.

Contact Singapore is entitled to rely on the correct entry of a User ID and password as conclusive evidence of the authenticity of the instruction and authority of the User of such instruction.

Intellectual Property

The contents of this Website, such as text, graphics, logo, mark, domain name, images and other Material, are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietory rights and these rights are owned by, licensed to or controlled by Contact Singapore. No part or parts of the Website may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, framed or transmitted in any manner or by means or stored in an information retrieval system without prior written permission of Contact Singapore.
