Obtaining PR for a Family
Spouse and children, who are of foreign nationalities, can apply to be a PR under the Family Ties Scheme or under the Economic Schemes. In general, a spouse and unmarried children (below 21 years old) of a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident are eligible to apply for PR. Application forms can be downloaded from the ICA website.

Obtaining Citizenship for Spouse and Children
The spouse and/or child of a Singapore citizen who has been a PR for at least two years may apply to become a Singapore citizen. All applications are subject to approval from ICA. It generally takes between three to six months to process an application. More information is available on the ICA website.
